Imiloa Astronomy Center of Hawaii is astronomy and culture education center located in Hilo. This institution is part of the University of Hawaii. Opened in 2006, Imiloa in the local language means 'the pursuit of knowledge depth'. The building occupies an area of 40 thousand square meters with space planetarium funded by NASA.
